VAREX Smart Box control module for the Varex mufflers is one of XForce Performance Exhausts' latest patent-pending technologies, offering performance car enthusiasts the ultimate user experience of volume-adjustable exhaust. This innovative technology gives users complete control over how their Varex exhaust systems sound and perform.

The XForce Varex App functions as the user interface for the Varex Smart Box Control Module and is designed exclusively to work with this advanced control module.

This app includes:

<ul>
 <li>XFORCE accounts: Users have the option to register for a complimentary XFORCE account, enhancing the functionality of their VAREX SMARTBOX. Although not compulsory, these accounts offer additional benefits such as storing Matrix profiles and Geo regions in the cloud for quick access, sending diagnostic logs to receive efficient support, and enabling hassle-free setup for new SMARTBOX units or phones. Further features are set to be introduced in future updates. Note that the VAREX SMARTBOX operates fully without an XFORCE account, but we recommend exploring these options.</li>
 <li>Manual Mode: Allows manual adjustment of the valve position with four preset positions—Closed, 25%, 50%, 75%, and Open.</li>
 <li>Matrix Mode: Enables users to set vehicle parameter ranges that trigger valve operation based on factors like Engine RPM, Throttle Position, and Vehicle Speed, offering flexibility through slider interfaces for precise selection of parameters range/band.</li>
 <li>Geo Mode: Permits the configuration of a geographic circle around a specified address, triggering the valve upon entering or leaving this zone and facilitating transitions into Matrix Mode.</li>

VAREX muffler technology integrates patented mechanisms to blend stock and performance muffler designs into a single compact unit. The sophisticated butterfly valve system alters exhaust gas flow to switch between high-sound levels with enhanced performance and lower-sound levels for enhanced in-car comfort. Users can finely adjust the valve angle to achieve desired sound levels between sporty notes and silence, ensuring personalized driving experiences.

The cutting-edge VAREX Smart Box Control Module acts as a crucial intermediary between users and Varex mufflers, empowering drivers to fine-tune exhaust tones and performance characteristics according to driving scenarios and individual preferences through seamless integration with the app.
